Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Kasbly, LLC ("Kasbly", "we", "us", or "our") is a company incorporated in Delaware, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit kasbly.com, create an account, or use our AI sales and marketing automation services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.
Who We Are
Kasbly provides AI agents that help businesses create content, capture leads, and hold sales conversations across channels such as WhatsApp. We act as the "data controller" for information about our own account holders and website visitors, and as a "data processor" for the end-customer data our business users send through the platform (see "Data We Process on Your Behalf").
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information: • Account information you provide when you sign up — your name, email address, password, company name, and language preference. • Content and communications — messages you send through our contact form, support requests, and any content you create or upload while using the Services. • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. • Third-party login data — if you sign in using a provider such as Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from that provider.
Google API Services User Data
Kasbly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data we access — When you connect a YouTube account, Kasbly requests the youtube.readonly and youtube.upload permissions. Depending on the features you use, we may access Google OAuth identifiers and tokens; your YouTube channel ID, name, and metadata; videos, playlists, and authorized YouTube activity; and video or channel statistics such as view, like, and comment counts. We access only the Google user data you authorize. How we use the data — We use read-only YouTube data to identify and display your connected channel, show your content and engagement information, and confirm publishing results. We use the upload permission only when you instruct Kasbly to upload or publish a video you created or selected to your own connected YouTube channel. Sharing and prohibited uses — We do not sell Google user data, transfer it to data brokers or advertisers, use it for targeted advertising or lending, or use it to train general-purpose or shared AI/ML models. We may disclose the minimum data necessary to contracted cloud, security, and infrastructure providers solely to operate and protect the Services. When you expressly use an AI-assisted feature, limited channel or video metadata may be processed by contracted AI service providers solely to return the result you requested; Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are never shared with AI providers, and providers are not permitted to use this data to train shared models. Security — Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, transmitted over encrypted connections, kept server-side, and protected through access controls. Retention, revocation, and deletion — We retain OAuth credentials and connected-channel data only while the integration is active or as needed to provide the feature. Disconnecting YouTube in Kasbly revokes the Google authorization, removes the stored access and refresh tokens, and stops further access; a non-active connection record may remain for service continuity and audit purposes. You may also revoke Kasbly from your Google Account permissions. Deleting the connected account or your Kasbly account removes associated Google user data from active systems, subject to limited legal, security, and backup retention, and you may request deletion at admin@kasbly.com. Videos already uploaded to YouTube remain in your YouTube account under your control until you delete them there.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. We use PostHog, a product-analytics tool, to measure page views, feature usage, and conversion events. Because our marketing site (kasbly.com) and dashboard (app.kasbly.com) share a domain, an anonymous analytics identifier may carry between them so we can understand the sign-up journey. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Services; create and secure your account; respond to your inquiries and provide support; personalize and improve the Services; measure and analyze usage and the performance of features; communicate with you about updates, security notices, and offerings that may interest you; and comply with our legal obligations. During the beta period, we may use aggregated, de-identified usage data that does not include Google API user data to improve our product and AI models.
Data We Process on Your Behalf
When you use Kasbly to communicate with your own customers, you may upload or generate data about those customers (such as names, phone numbers, and message content). With respect to that data, you are the controller and Kasbly is your processor: we process it only to provide the Services to you and on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary consents to collect and process your customers' data, including the consent required to send messages over WhatsApp and other channels.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as follows: • Service providers and sub-processors who help us operate the Services — including cloud hosting, messaging providers (such as WhatsApp/Meta), AI model providers, analytics (PostHog), and email delivery — under contracts that require them to protect your data. • Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kasbly, our users, or others. • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
International Data Transfers
Kasbly is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterward as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, port, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing communications. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights under those laws. To exercise any right, contact us at admin@kasbly.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
